Carrie Underwood looked gorgeous at the 2017 CMT Awards! Rocking three stunning looks, Mike Fisher's wife showed off her flawless figure on the red carpet and stage.

The blond beauty aced her performance with Keith Urban and made history by winning her 17th CMT award. But we couldn't stop talking about her incredible body. Sporting three separate looks, the stunner started out with an Elie Madi minidress. She followed it up with a white top and skintight leather pants before ending the night in a sheer sparkling dress.

So how did the 34-year-old mom get her flawless figure? She works at it! In the past, Underwood has done 90-minute high-intensity interval training workouts with personal trainer Eve Overland six days per week. She likes to lift weights, do squats, Bulgarian splits, weighted sumo squats and tuck jump burpees. Underwood also likes to box and go hiking.

Her favorite workout though is Tabata, which she does for half an hour. She does seven exercises like squats, lunges or push-ups and does eight rounds of each for 20 seconds on and ten seconds off. In fact, the stunning mom even has her exercise clothing line called CALIA.

But the “Church Bells” singer didn’t always feel comfortable in her body. She says she was at her heaviest when she competed on American Idol. Her insecurity soon led her to weight loss supplements. “I was taking things with Ephedra in it,” Underwood admitted. “It wasn’t the best way. If I could go back and talk to myself I’d be like, ‘Here’s how you do it the right way.’”

She ultimately committed to a strict diet and exercise regime and lost weight most recently after giving birth by working with a personal trainer. I weigh more than I did when I was at my smallest,” Underwood previously told People. “But I have a lot more muscle tone.”

The songstress reportedly lost 30 pounds since giving birth to her son, Isaiah. “For some reason, I feel leaner after,” she told People. “It’s really strange the way my body has reacted to exercise after having him. I feel like my bum’s a little nicer than it used to be.”
