Christina spent the holiday weekend in Hawaii with the kids. She was photographed smiling on the beach in a sexy two-piece bathing suit.
"She's in Maui for the Success Path seminar," a source told E! News. She's brought the kids with her because it is their Spring Break. They had a great time celebrating Easter!"
Indeed, Christina posted some cute pictures and videos with the kids over the past few days. Taylor and Brayden played with their dog and met the Easter bunny. And Christina took some time for herself and enjoyed some bubbly.
Christina is clearly having fun and staying fit following her split from Tarek El Moussa. She says she is in the best shape of her 30s. And she credits her workout regimen with helping her remain active and cope with emotional stress.
"There is nothing like a good three-mile run for me to really clear my head and get my endorphins going," Christina told People. "My other go-to is yoga. I have the most amazing private instructor who has changed my life. Our sessions are very spiritual and have really helped me cope with my divorce and other emotions I’m going through during this time."
Christina El Moussa has also recently adjusted her diet. Some of that was out of necessity, as her kids have food allergies. So she limits the family's dairy and gluten intake.
"I eat five small meals a day that usually consist of overnight oats for breakfast, a green juice for a snack, salad with a protein for lunch, granola bar as a snack and then a healthy dinner of chicken or salmon and veggies, tacos or vegan chili," she added. "For a little dessert, I love Justin’s Organic Mini Peanut Butter Cups — delish!"
But Christina didn't always eat this healthily. Her nutritionist Cara Clark told E! News that when she first met Christina, she wasn't eating enough calories. So Cara adjusted her diet to make sure she was getting all the nutrients she needed for her active lifestyle.
"I upped her calories probably like 800 calories immediately and she had a ton of success with my methods of more calories, combining your macros correctly and eating your fats and proteins with carbs and not worrying about calories, which she's never done since," Cara said. "She's never, ever been calorie-conscious or even worried about ordering a margarita while we're at the pool or anything like that."
