Kourtney and her new boytoy, 23-year-old Younes Bendjima, spent the holiday weekend hanging out on a boat. And Kourtney, 38, looked stunning in a sexy one-piece bathing suit.
Kourtney has always maintaind a strict diet. Wherever possible she tries to stay organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free. "I think dairy is the easiest to replace," she told PopSugar last year. "There are so many milk options and cheese options. That hasn't been as hard, but we're gluten-free too and that's really hard. But once you figure out the things you can and can't have, it makes it much easier, so I think we're finally starting to find some things that are good."
That includes an avocado pudding that she enjoys nearly "every morning. Kourtney also reportedly enjoys banana spinach shakes made with almond milk. Other common meals for her include veggies and hummus, turkey on a gluten-free tortilla, salads, and gluten-free pasta or rice with a lean protein.
Kourtney does occasionally splurge on gluten-free cookies and candy. But she keeps up with her workouts so she doesn't gain too much weight. She revealed in November that she tries to go to the gym six days a week. And she gets a few extra workouts in even when she's not at the gym.
"If I know bikini time is coming up or I have a trip or I have something that I want to be extra in shape for, I'll do dips on my bathtub for my triceps. I'll try to do three sets of 25 a day," she said. "And then no matter what I always do 100 squats before I get in the shower because I won't forget. It's like my time. I'm about to get in the shower and I just do 100 squats."
Kourtney also has a personal trainer who switches up her workouts so her body doesn't get too comfortable. And whenever she feels like slacking, she knows she'll have her sister to push her.
"I’ve been working out with Khloe," she recently told Closer magazine. “We’re workout buddies and she keeps me in check. I call her my Miss Motivator because even when I’m tired and have been up all night with one of the kids, she kicks my ass and gets me to the gym! She’s my fitness inspiration."
Exercise even helped Koutney cope with her split from Scott. She wrote on Instagram in 2015, "Working out is one of the only things that helps when I'm feeling anxious."
